4. User-Generated Content & Moderation
Gems Harbor allows users to create and share content on the platform. To maintain a safe and professional environment:

- Users may block other users
- Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours
- Content violating platform policies may be removed
- Users engaging in abusive behavior may be suspended or permanently banned
Gems Harbor has zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, violence, child exploitation, or illegal activity.
5. Reporting and Blocking Users
Users can report content they believe violates platform policies using in-app reporting tools.
Users may also block other users at any time. When a user is blocked:
- Interaction between the users is disabled
- The blocked user's content is hidden immediately
- The action may be reviewed by the Gems Harbor moderation team
