To become a seller, complete Seller Verification, which includes:
- Government-issued ID
- Trade license or business credentials (if applicable)
- References or proof of gemstone trading experience
- One account can be used for both buying and selling.
- Seller features unlock after your verification is approved.
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- A secure reset link will be sent to your inbox.
- Visit the gemstone listing page.
- Click Place Bid and enter your offer.
- You'll receive notifications if you're outbid.
- The highest bidder at auction close wins the item.
- Look for listings with a Buy Now option.
- Click Buy Now to purchase immediately without waiting for the auction to end.

- Direct card payments via Stripe – Secure and verified

- Wholesale listings are available only to approved sellers.
- Apply for wholesale access through Seller Verification or contact support.
- Funds are released after buyer satisfaction is confirmed
- Payment options include PayPal, Stripe, and direct card payments
- Gems Harbor ensures prompt payment while maintaining buyer protection
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Every transaction is backed by Gems Harbor protection policies.
