To create an account on Gems Harbor, click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the homepage. You will be prompted to provide your name, email address, and create a password. The bidding process allows buyers to place bids on gems listed for auction. To participate in a bid, you must first create an account. Once registered, browse through the available auctions and select the gem you want to bid on. Enter your bid amount and submit. You will be notified via email and on the platform if you are outbid or if you win the auction. At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will be able to purchase the gem.

Gems Harbor charges a small commission fee for every successful sale made through the platform. There are no charges for buyers to browse or bid on items. Sellers can list up to 10 gems for free; any additional listings will require an upgrade to a premium plan, which includes a small fee per additional listing.

To list a gem for sale, log in to your seller account and navigate to the "List a Gem" section. Provide all the necessary details about the gem, including its type, weight, color, and quality. Upload clear images of the gem and attach a certification from a recognized gemological institute. After filling in the details, click "Submit" to post your gem for sale.

We partner with certified gemologists who verify the authenticity of each gem before it is listed on Gems Harbor. Sellers must provide a certification from a recognized gemological institute. This ensures that all gems sold on the platform meet high standards of quality and trust.

Payments on Gems Harbor are processed through secure payment gateways. Once a buyer wins an auction or makes a direct purchase, they will be prompted to make the payment through their preferred method, such as credit/debit card or PayPal. After the payment is confirmed, the seller will be notified to ship the gem. The payment will be held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the gem in satisfactory condition.
