  • Repeated cancellations or disputes may lead to suspension or tier downgrade.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
  • Tiers are reviewed monthly — upgrades can happen automatically based on performance.

Gems Harbor may revise fees to reflect platform improvements or market trends. Sellers are notified by email and on this page at least 14 days before any change takes effect.
