How to delete your account?
1. Overview
At Gems Harbor, we value your privacy and provide full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, this guide explains the steps to follow inside the mobile app and what happens once your deletion request is processed. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Gems Harbor app on your mobile device.
- At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the main navigation bar.
- Tap on the Profile icon located in the bottom-right corner.
- Once you’re on your profile page, tap the Settings option.
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account button.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
3. Important Notes
- All your data, including listings, messages, and transaction history, will be permanently removed.
- Pending orders or disputes must be resolved before the deletion can proceed.
4. Alternatives to Deletion
- Contact Support for privacy or technical assistance before deleting your account.
